Founded in 1965, our company began as a small subcontracting organization working exclusively for a local speculative house builder. Our journey has been marked by ambition, growth, and a commitment to excellence.

In 1975, Peter Daniel joined the company, bringing a vision to expand beyond our humble beginnings. His leadership paved the way for future success. The company's trajectory took a significant turn in 1997 when Peter's son, Paul Daniel, joined while balancing a professional rugby career. Unfortunately, his sports career was cut short by injury, but this allowed him to fully commit to the family business.

Later in 1997, Peter and Paul successfully completed a management buyout, establishing a new board of directors. Peter assumed the role of Managing Director, while Paul became the Commercial Director and Company Secretary. This father-and-son team propelled the company forward, leading to significant growth from 1997 to 2002. The expanding company welcomed Dominic Derbyshire as Technical Director in 2001 and Paul Blackburn as Financial Director in 2002.

A pivotal moment came in 2004 when the board was reshuffled, with Paul Daniel stepping into the role of Managing Director and Peter transitioning to Chairman. Peter retired in 2017 after a long and successful career, leaving a lasting legacy.

Under the steadfast leadership of our board, the company has experienced steady, organic, and sustainable growth, even during industry downturns.
